Custom Internet Surveys provide fast, efficient and effective ways to improve the effectiveness of individuals and teams. The surveys can dramatically increase the quality and the effectiveness of change efforts by efficiently obtaining comprehensive, objective data and unbiased opinion. The surveys are also used to measure progress over time to provide accountability and metrics for the results of change efforts.

For example, efforts to improve employee satisfaction can be measured in shorter intervals in targeted areas. Strategic planning surveys of key executives can gather current assessments and ideas prior to planning sessions. The survey provides everyone with the chance for input rather than just the most vocal. Key executives outside the planning circle can have their ideas considered even if they are not part of the planning session. The results of the planning session can be more effective using less than half the time of typical planning sessions.

The Internet Survey allows participants to conduct the survey at their convenience and when they have time available. Surveys may be partially completed allowing participants to return later for completion. Survey participation is monitored and managed to increase participation and quality of responses.
