Individual Development

Individual Development provides one-on-one personal coaching to maximize impact with the most efficient use of your time. All sessions are individually scheduled and focused on the individual client. There are no group sessions. The Perception Choices process and the Executive Leadership Presence process provide a wide range of development opportunities customized to the needs of the client. Both processes are 15 to 18 months in length with noticeable results typically seen in the first five months. The Perception Choices process targets the communication and leadership skills needed for advancement. The Execute Leadership Presence is our higher level process, which provides a similar focus with the addition of the key complex nuances needed in an executive role.

Presentation Dynamics provides high impact coaching for presentation delivery. The coaching is provided individually or for a group that is presenting together.

Team Development

Team Development is a group of products that provide coaching and guidance to make teams more effective and to help accomplish specific results. Team development may be used along with individual development or as an independent process.
