The Perception Choices Process has a Discovery Phase and an Integration Phase. The process is customized for each client to meet his or her needs. We have individually coached over 2,000 executives and professionals since 1986. The Discovery Phase helps the client understand how they are perceived and what they can do to unlock their unique set of skills to be most effective. Setting measurable goals and realistic expectations are the basis for starting this phase. Various forms of feedback and evaluation are used over a three month period to provide a clear understanding of the opportunities. Specific, usable knowledge and skills are developed that will improve effectiveness.
The Integration Phase provides specific objectives which are the basis for ongoing coaching and feedback. We include ongoing feedback and accountability, targeted coaching, telephone and email support and targeted learning materials (including books and tapes) in all of our levels of service.
